Leaving a positive legacy in your will

Many people want to do good even after they have passed on. By leaving a fixed sum or part of your estate to REDOG in your will, you can help people in need.

REDOG is a Swiss rescue organisation that coordinates the standby duties and deployment of rescue teams comprised of dogs and their humans that search for missing persons and disaster victims. The organisation also promotes professionalism with initial and continuous training.

Even you, as a private person, can alert us if someone you know has gone missing. You can call us 24/7 on +41 (0)844 441 144. Maybe someone hasn’t come home after a walk, or a relative has gone missing on a hike. We search for your loved ones free of charge.

We depend on donations to help people in need.

  • You can name REDOG in your will as your sole or partial heir. You must make an official will to do this.
  • You can specify a fixed sum in your will that is to go to REDOG, or you can leave REDOG a part of your estate. REDOG thus becomes one of your heirs. You state the percentage of freely available assets that are to go to REDOG.
  • You also determine the purpose for which REDOG must use these funds, such as search and rescue dog team training, the fund for search deployments whose costs have not been covered or emergency and disaster aid.
